The history museum showcases items possessed by the Omura Clan and the lord of the Omura Domain, and historical materials related to Christians. Exhibits include a gravestone with BASTIAN FLOBV engraved below a flower-cross design, and a medal made in Spain in the 16th century which was excavated from the graveyard of the chief retainer of the Omura Clan, both of which have been designated by Nagasaki Prefecture as tangible cultural properties.
