・Twenty-six Hidden Christians who were arrested in Kyoto and Osaka were forced to walk to Nagasaki, and were executed on February 5 1597 in Nishizaka.
・On the evening of the day before, they boarded a boat immediately after their arrival at Sonogi to go to Togitsu.
・It is considered that there was a port for boats bound for Togitsu near here in those days.
