・Unzen Jigoku (Unzen Hell), where steam and hot air blow out from the bottom of the ground, consists of over 30 “hells,” including “Dai Kyokan Jigoku,” “Oito Jigoku,” and “Kiyoshichi Jigoku.”
・Unzen Jigoku is also known as a place of martyrdom of Christians in the Edo Period, and a martyrs monument is erected there.
