• It also displays photos taken by a volunteer group working in the Kita-uonome area (centered on Ebukuro) to boost development of the local community, disseminating information on the value and attraction of the cultural landscapes of the local areas.
• The Center also distributes postcards carrying information on the Kita-uonome area.
